I love our gym and community! I have made a lot of progress both physically and mentally since I started, and I appreciate the chance to challenge myself in such a supportive environment. All of the coaches are fantastic and very knowledgeable!

Teddie is an amazing coach! In the month I’ve been coming to CFC I feel great! The sense of community is incredible, but it’s also greatly due to the well thought out workouts and coaching! Thank you!
The best CrossFit gym!! Everyone is so supportive and the coaching is super helpful! Love going here and starting my day with these amazing people and coaches!!
CFC is a gym like no other. The coaches are all kind and knowledgeable; the gym is spacious, clean, and organized; and the community is beyond welcoming, it’s special. Owner and head coach Teddie has created a unique and fun place to become your best self. Bonus points for the kid and parent friendly vibes and space, especially for this postpartum mom of 2. I can’t recommend CFC enough!
Love and appreciate the variety and intensity of workouts, super appreciate the supportive and motivating coach vibes and team vibes!
Our Story
Every class here is 60 minutes, coach-led, and scaled to your joints, your fitness level, and the energy you brought that day. You walk into a clean, organized space in Angels Camp where you're greeted by name and nobody is competing with you.
How It Works Here
You don’t need to get into shape before you walk through the doors. We start with a free intro conversation — we get to know you, your goals, and where your fitness is right now. After that you’re in class.
Every class is coached start to finish. A certified coach walks you through the warm-up, demonstrates the movements, then watches and corrects you during the workout. Weight, intensity and mechanics all get adjusted to you, whether it’s your first week or your tenth year.
Our coaching team is Teddie Fullerton (Owner/Head Coach, CF-L3), Kellie Segale (CF-L2), Marisa Mullen (CF-L1) and Isaac Del Toro (CF-L1).
Some small things that matter: classes are kept in small groups so you actually meet people. Filtered water is there for members, and other snacks and drinks are available to buy. You book your spot through the members-only app. We take all major credit and debit cards, but not personal checks. And we’re behind Habitat For Humanity — easy to get to from anywhere in Angels Camp.
No cliques, no ego, no “no pain, no gain.” Just local people encouraging each other.
A Typical Week
If you’re new, we suggest 2 to 4 classes a week, building toward 5 after your first few months. Your body needs time to adapt, so take the recovery days.
Each 60-minute session runs the same way: guided warm-up, a strength or skill piece — Olympic lifting, deadlifts, squats, bodyweight strength, maybe handstand push-ups — then the day’s workout, usually somewhere between 5 and 20 minutes, then mobility. It’s constantly varied, so no two days look alike.
Between classes, members use the Recovery Lounge — infrared sauna and cold plunge — to ease stiff joints, calm the nervous system and sleep better.
And our 4-week Mindset Program runs online, free, open to anyone in Calaveras County and beyond. A few minutes a day on stress, self-talk and habits. No fitness requirement.
