How to cancel
Fill in the form below with the date you would like your membership to end. CrossFit Calaveras LLC confirms every request by email from teddie@calaverasfitnessco.com, and nothing changes on your account until you have that confirmation.

We’re sorry to see you go! Before submitting your request, please note: Considering a Temporary Break? If you are traveling, busy, or recovering from an injury, you can place your membership on hold instead of canceling. Please submit a [Membership Hold Request Form] instead. Reactivation Rates: If you decide to rejoin Calaveras Fitness Collective in the future, your new membership will be subject to the rates in effect at the time of reactivation. CANCELLATION TERMS & ACKNOWLEDGMENT By submitting this form, you acknowledge that this serves as your official written cancellation notice in accordance with your Calaveras Fitness Collective agreement: Standard Cancellation (Completed Commitment Terms): Once your initial 26-week or 52-week term is complete, cancellation requires 30 days written notice prior to your next regular billing date. Requests submitted less than 30 days before billing will result in one final standard membership payment on your regular auto-draft date, giving you full facility access through the end of that final 4-week cycle. Active Account Status Required: Standard 30-day cancellation notice periods apply only to accounts in active, fully paid status. Time spent on hold does not count toward the 30-day notice period. Early Termination Buyout ($150 Fee): If you are canceling a 26-week or 52-week agreement prior to completing your full commitment term, a flat $150 Early Cancellation Buyout Fee will be charged upon form processing. Payment of this fee satisfies the 30-day notice requirement and cancels future monthly dues immediately. You will retain facility access through the end of your current paid billing cycle. Hardship Exceptions: The Early Cancellation Buyout Fee may be reviewed or waived at management’s discretion with appropriate official documentation (e.g., a written medical directive from a licensed physician or proof of permanent relocation outside 25 miles).
